Dan,
I wanted to say thank you for everything that you did for us over the past couple of months serving as our agent. When deciding on a real estate agent I wanted someone who was very organized, a good communicator and most important to me, up-front and honest. After working with you for this time I know that we made the right decision to choose you as our agent.
With a growing family our objective was to sell our first home that we had outgrown. We had concerns in a slowing real estate market how long this would take. You accurately assessed our home and placed it on the market for the appropriate price. You also shared some of your ideas in what I could do to prepare my home to be placed on the market. We received an offer immediately and were under contract within the first week. While it sounded easy there were a lot of things that had to be done. Without you as my agent and my extremely busy schedule I would not of been able to accomplish all of these tasks by myself.
The next step in the process was to find a home that fit our growing needs. You did an excellent job communicating those listings that fit our needs by only sending me properties that fit my criteria. We looked at quite a few properties, sometimes the same property two or three times. You were always supportive and positive when we could not find the right property right away. If we needed additional information concerning a property you always went the extra mile and communicated your findings with us.
We utilized your great web site with easy access to all MLS listings almost on a daily basis. You continued to communicate new listings as they appeared. It was your efforts and timeliness that discovered our home that we ultimately purchased. You arranged to get us into this home the very first day it was on the market. We knew immediately that this was the right home for us and you again helped us through the entire process.
Looking back at the entire process I am very pleased how everything went. We personally feel this is a direct reflection of your hard work and effort. I would encourage anyone that I come in contact with who is either considering selling or buying a home (or like me selling and buying) to recommend you as an agent. Again, thank you for everything that you did for our family through this entire process and getting us into our new home.

Liliya and I truly want to thank you for all of your hard work in helping us find our home. I know the road was a long and arduous one; however we made it through it. The houses we saw were many and miles apart. At one point we wanted to give up because things were not looking to positive, but your encouraging words helped to keep us motivated and stay in a positive state of mind. We are truly thankful for you're input and support in the decision that helped make that choice for the right house for our family.

Dear Dan,
We are writing concerning our first home buying experience.
You contacted us after we had put in a request for a local real estate agent. Luckily for us, You were the only agent to respond. From the beginning of our relationship, You helped us to Understand the home buying process and made everything so much easier, and less daunting for us. We were complete home buying novices, and you let us know exactly what was going on every step of the way? You found us a number of houses to look at, even though we had a very specific need (multi- Family with a nice size yard). The housing market was very difficult for the type of house we Needed. You gave us your honest opinions about the houses we were looking at, and in one case probably saved us tens of thousands of dollars by recommending a very reputable home inspector. This saved us the agony of having to flip through the Yellow Pages and hope that we had made the right choice.
The inspector found a serious problem in the roofing of the first house we put an offer down on, which would have needed complete replacement, along with the rafters, if this problem had not been found . The sellers’ agent who was selling the home had offered for us to use a recent home inspection at no cost, but you would have none of that, and convinced us to get our own guy, and have the place checked out thoroughly. We are very glad we listened to you concerning home inspection.
As first time homebuyers, we did not know much about the proper procedure to acquire financing for a home, and you (of course) helped us with this too. The agent you recommended to us was extremely helpful, and in the end we secured a 30-year fixed mortgage at a great rate. We could not be happier with the financing arrangements, and I doubt that I could have found the financing that we did without your advice.
We finally found a perfect home for us, and are preparing to move-in a couple of weeks from now. Even after the discouragement of losing the first home (because of the inspection),you kept looking for us and found a great home for us when we didn't expect to find anything.
I can't tell you enough, how happy we were with you as our buyers’ agent.

Dear Dan,
Bob and I would like to thank you for helping us find our new home. It was terrific working with you. We appreciate the fact that you took the time to really listen to what we wanted in a new home. Thank you specifically for being selective in showing us homes that you felt fit our needs. By doing that, we didn't waste time visiting properties that were outside our wish list.
We realize that your job wasn't easy. Despite a competitive market place with very little inventory, you managed to find us a home that we are enchanted with. I most appreciate your tenacity. At no time did I ever feel you dropped the ball or lost interest in us. When options seemed bleak to us, you nevertheless kept our spirits up and continued to comb through listings that might meet our needs. I fondly remember a heading on one of your emails -- "Could this be it?!" It was! That listing was the home we'd been dreaming of and bought.

Dan,
I came into the whole house buying thing with very little knowledge on how things worked. You helped me find the perfect starter home and made the process much easier for me. Your knowledge of construction made me believe in your know how of the houses we looked at, staying away from the bad and ending up with only the good. You also went above and beyond with your great work ethics. You could have told me to buy the first house I saw, but you made me wait and I'm very glad I did.
